What is the pattern of this world?

What is the pattern of this world?...because Paul, the bondman of Lord Jesus, said... “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2). Lord Jesus said...“If you love me, you will obey what I command” (John 14:15). The renewing of one's mind is directly connected to submission to & obedience of the commands and Will of Lord Jesus, which also is the sign of love for Lord Jesus? What then is the pattern of this world which is 'anti-obedience' to the Will of the 1 God? It must be then the desire to do one's own will. What then is the pattern of this world? ....mankind and the devil call it ... "FREEDOM" ... to serve and magnify oneself. Therefore, Lord Jesus said ...do not conform to this "FREEDOM" pattern....and be transformed into the way of obedience and love for the good, pleasing, and perfect Will of the 1 & Only God.
