In the eyes of the 1 God, does a person have the "FREEDOM" to choose to do one's own will or to do God's Will?

In the eyes of the 1 God, does a person have the "FREEDOM" to choose to do one's own will or to do God's Will? If the person has the given "FREEDOM" to make either choice then there is no judgement nor punishment for either choice, since presumably the 1God said that you are free to make any choice, unless he was lying ( which He cannot and will not do.) But there is judgement for choosing to do one's own will instead of submitting to the Will of the 1God. Therefore, the 1God has not given mankind "FREEDOM" . It is the devil, the ruler of this world at this time, that is the father of this "FREEDOM" lie which mankind, starting with Eve and Adam, embraced in defiance and disobedience at the moment of embracing "their will" to justify it to be good instead of evil to take of the forbidden tree.
