They did "their will" and chose the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

"...In the middle of the garden He ( the 1God) placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil."

Adam & Eve decided to do "their will"...and so they chose to take of the tree of knowledge of good and evil....to define good and evil in their own eyes for their self interest desires.

How powerful was this desire to do "their will" that it caused them to NOT choose the tree of life?

What do you think of POTUS Biden awarding the 'Medal of FREEDOM' to "Pope" Francis and the "Pope" accepting this "FREEDOM" medal, which I believe is supposed to be the most prestigious of all the USA medals?

Satan, the devil, did make the offer to Lord Jesus to be worshiped by many nations.

"...the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.” (Matthew 4:8)

Many peoples glorify the "Christmas Jesus".

No one is required to repent of their ways to do so.

They glorify "a Jesus" according to "their ways".

They glorify "a Jesus" according to satan's way.

The truth will set you free...free from the 2nd death

Many, if not all evangelicals, believe in "FREEDOM" and with "FREEDOM" they claim "FREEDOM" for their religion and rights.

They justify this claim for this "FREEDOM" by usually quoting John 8:32 wherein "Jesus said “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” .

But LORD Jesus was NOT refering to this "FREEDOM" that is claimed by evangelicals and mankind.

What 'freedom' was He refering to when He said "...the truth will set you free"?

The answer is GIVEN by Lord Lord Jesus a few lines before John 8:32, in John 8:24.

John 8:24 ..."I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am he, you will indeed die in your sins.”

Clearly, the truth , and Lord Jesus is the Truth and the Way, will set one free ( i.e. DELIVER one) from death ( the death (i.e. 2nd death) because of one's sins).

Note that the "FREEDOM", that the evangelicals and mankind worship, instead justifies and redefines one's sin to not be sin, but a human right.

Message to 7 churches

What did Lord Jesus warn about in His revelation message to the 7 churches?

Each of the 7 assemblies had a way/belief in common in order to self justify their actions which Lord Jesus gave warning about, condemned and for which He gave command to 'overcome'.

Ephesus: they accepted the way fo the Nicolaitians ( which Jesus hated)

Smyrnea: they accepted the way of the Jews

Pergamos: they accepted teachings of Nicolaitians and worship of Balaam idols

Thyatira: they accepted the religion of Jezebel and idol worship

Sardis: their love for Jesus was dead...replaced by love for another way

Philadelphia: accepted the corruption of the Jewish religion (synagogue of satan)

Laodicea: accepted to be religiously self righteous

Each assembly had to justify their actions according to "their will" for their spiritual desires.

Each had to believe in their right to live this way.

Each had to believe that the 'Lord's way is not right'.

Each had to redefine these acts of disobedience as being instead wisdom in their own eyes.

Each had to claim the "FREEDOM" of religions for "their religion" .

Each had to embrace "FREEDOM" on their forehead and hand.

To each of the assemblies Lord Jesus said to OVERCOME.

...to overcome the way of self justified self-will to serve and magnify oneself, the way of the devil.

My will or to do the Creator's Will?

 John 5:30...Lord Jesus said...“I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me."

Lord Jesus said "..I do not seek My own will...".

Judgement is just ONLY when it is done according to and in submission to the Will of the 1 Creator God, He Who is Good and Existence.
