Why does POTUS Trump believe that he can "make up facts" & "grab their pussy"?

Why does POTUS Donald Trump believe that he can (have the power,right,& FREEDOM to) "make up facts" and to "grab their pussy"?
...as he said ...they let him do it because he is rich, famous, popular, and powerful (much more powerful...most powerful...now as POTUS).
POTUS Trump...as a Caesar...as a dragon of FREEDOM....to serve and magnify oneself...advancing his 'god of fortresses' FREEDOM to do "my will" for "my rights".
He also believes that each other should do & worship the same FREEDOM.
