How can POTUS Trump publicly say that someone is a "sleeping son of a bitch"?

Speaking as President of the United States , POTUS Trump publicly describes, in a speech, someone to be a "sleeping son of a bitch".
As you can see, POTUS Trump is a son of FREEDOM, for he truly lives by and claims the right / power to think, SPEAK, and act without restraint... justifying his own will and defining "right" in his own eyes.
POTUS Obama...as a lamb/prophet of FREEDOM.
POTUS Trump...as a dragon of FREEDOM.
